Capoeira is a Brazilian art form with African roots. It mixes martial arts, acrobatic movements, body consciousness, dance, history and music. Capoeira teaches about space, timing and self awareness, rhythm, respect, community sense, self defense, reflexes, songs, lyrics, movement sequences, music patterns, Portuguese language and much more!

Children also learn about some of the World's history of 500 years ago (and the World's geography) through Capoeira, in order to have a better understanding about this Culturally rich art form.

Literally our little Capoeiristas learn how to see life from a different angle; doing cartwheels, hand and head stands and other movements that change our usual life perspective. We train Capoeira with the purpose to “play the game" at the Roda ( Circle ). Capoeira is a group event pleasing for all ages, boys, girls, parents and everyone feels integrated with this cultural, physical and musical experience.
